Has anyone found out if we could get further educational grants/ funding for the courses? or any cheaper courses as they are slightly out of my price range. Also I saw the short course on the geriatric physio that I hope todo soon but, are there any other short courses any one knows of?

Are you still employed in the same practice or did you find employment doing purely physio work? sorry for all the questions! Natasha - i was looking into that course too - is it expensive?

RE: Veterinary Physio course

Aha - Katie tutors our course too - she's fab!
Just FYI - we do a 2 week online course which offers an intro to some techniques that can be used in geriatric patients. You may have already embarked on your physio career, but if not, this course would give you a really good taster! We're just running our first intake now and it's absolutely fascinating the things we can do for those older patients! My little old dog is enjoying it (I think!)

We'll be running it again in August.

I went onto become a Vet Physio.

It's an incredibly challenging but rewarding job. The course itself is full on but that is what you expect of it to be honest! If you enjoyed A&P etc then you will understand the basics, it's just building on it all in much more detail.
