 I was wondering if anyone had any examples of home care plans, discharge sheets that they would be willing to send me? I have to do some for my NPL but im just not sure about how to lay it out etc

We then list what meds the patient is on and what is due when and explain if its pain relief or antibiotics etc. We have a special instructions section i,e bandage care, exercise routine etc and any nites from the vet in charge of the case then when the cleints needs to be seen again and a section so we can write derails of appointment booked.
