Do you have any resources which you have found helpful or any hints and tips? I was thinking of providing pet owners with a log book to log behaviours, pain scale, medication

RE: Palliative Care Nurse Clinics

I think that's a brilliant idea- and a really good way to support owners through a pretty horrible time.
I'd probably think about looking at the key areas and then try to add sub-aeas to this. For example:

Medication

Nutrition

Behaviour

Comfort management - analgesia/bedding etc

QoL assessment/ decision on when to let go

Little things we can do to make life better for our pet - suitable toys, exercise, massages etc.

I'm sure you've already thought of all this (I can't see your orignal post to see what you said whilst I'm writing this!)

Good luck, and I'd be really interested to see how you get on with this.
