Hope they let you know soon.

I enjoyed the day out, liked the practice, it's small but very friendly and helpful, so I felt really happy there.
The downside of the job is it being so far from home, and renting a room, plus petrol back home, will swallow up probably all except £50 or so for the four days working away. I need to work out exactly what the costs would be, as although my desire is to train finally, with my hubby out of work since Xmas we do need income to keep our current place going.

They are really nice though so I hope I get the offer, but if not then it wasn't meant to be, and I wish them well in their venture.

Re: Interview tommorrow... eek!!!
Hi, Good luck tomorrow.

I think having all that wildlife experience will def help in your position.

I dont know what you mean by going backwards to go forwards....... I would not have though training to become a QVN was a backward step....... more a giant leap forwards, but you will see that once you start to train even if you are not aware of what a difference it will make to your knowledge and understanding at the moment, believe me it will.

Your 10yrs experience will stand you in good stead for the hard slog ahead.

[/quote]

I think i just regret the fact i never did it sooner.... but i couldnt afford to. so saved up until i could do the training, pay the rent and the bills and have savings in case of emergency!! i say backwards..... cos im cross with my age, lol!!

thanks guys, you lot are awesome x

Re: Interview tommorrow... eek!!!

Hi, Good luck tomorrow.
