&lt;p&gt;I have the above book, have used it a couple of times, but i usually read Fossum if i&amp;#39;m prepping for a surgery i haven&amp;#39;t done for a while. Fossum&amp;#39;s expensive but i believe its available online or you may have it in your practice library&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
