&lt;p&gt;best thing is to send a covering letter and CV&amp;#39;s to every practice (tp or non-tp) in the area in a 5-10 mile radius of you and they will contact you&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;thats how i got my interviews and eventually a job &lt;/p&gt;
