All these plans could easily be used for animals with a few change of words. I depends on which one you prefer or are used too in many cases. I was amazed that care planning is not used as standard in the vet profession. Mind you at least I feel of some use in placement - implementing my care plans in the practice and informing staff what i know - sharing knowledge is nice.&lt;/p&gt;
