I get mine from ACE the long ones are great especially when we have a patient in the MRI scanner! If you can't see what you're looking for with ACE they are very good at getting things in for you.

Another vote for IMS - I really dislike the short ones - especially when its on a huge dog with an offensive 'trench' mouth and because of the shortness of the tubing you end up getting just too close for comfort.

I love the long ones, they give so much more space to move at the anaesthetist end of the stethoscope! (while the patent end is safely situated at the level of the heart! )

Where are you going with your oesophageal other than the normal place that they are not long enough. I always get mine from NVS, plenty long enough for me !
