Ditto what others have said - Mike Martin book is excellent, it explains everything simply with clear diagrams. Worth every penny, mine is always being borrowed at work.

Ahh thank you for all the responses :D I'll definitely try and get on to the CPD! I've always found whatever ECG lectures i've had have just gone over my head and not explained very well.

No webinars in the pipeline; however if a company ask me to do one, I'll suggest ECGs as a topic.

i would love to go but its quite a drive for me and imy practice prob won't pay as I'm currently doing my diploma, but it looks great.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, you're very kind.

I've being running the Introductory ECG course for years now - but so far only for vets. This is the first year I'm running it for nurses and techs. So why not come and join us on the course. Its fun (Mexican wave practice), but with hopefully a good understanding of ECGs at the end of the day. Since you guys are doing the anaesthesia monitoring these days, its probably important to have a basic understanding of ECG rhythms.

PS. Next ECG workshop is 6th March 2014 - designed for the beginner in mind
