Does anyone know about the yellow sponges (I hear someone call them dental phlange/flange?) that has a black cord around it, used to prevent water/blood etc to go down the throat during a dental procedure? Ive seen them in a different practice

Re: Dental "mouth sponges"

My last practice tied a 10ply swab or two together with cat gut, much cheaper alternative.x

Re: Dental "mouth sponges"

We get the metro pack sponges from centaur.

Re: Dental "mouth sponges"

Thanks!:)

Re: Dental "mouth sponges"

You can get them from nvs.

Re: Dental "mouth sponges"

We get ours from Roots dental, called Metro-Pak. I think you can also get them from NVS

Re: Dental "mouth sponges"

http://www.robinsonhealthcare.com/75020
