Now that is interesting, wish I'd known that a few years ago when I took on and gave a good life to an aggressive French Lop !!!! Will watch this space for updates, thank you for sharing

I have heard of using zylkene in rabbits, one of the vets has been doing research into it, we've only just started using it on one client - results yet to be in yet, but when the zylkene rep came round they did say they have been trialing it on rabbits - not sure dosage wise - same as cats?

Not a lot to report though...so I am guessing it's a product for the future.

Long story short - lots of activity re worldwide licencing/trademark activity. Trademark registered: 11/07 to 11/16. No signs of the actual product. Am guessing it's a 'will have' rather than a 'have now' situation.

Suggest contacting CEVA to find out more if you feel the need.

Personally I think, if this works as well as I've experienced that Feliway and Adaptil do when used correctly, then for use in a prey species particularly subject to getting dangerously stressed, this will be be exceedingly useful. How exciting.

I am on a mission now - bunny friends to help!

To (mis)quote one of my favourite 1980's kids films, (Short Circuit) "INPUT, number 5 needs INPUT!!! Information requirement!

'Lapezil' (CEVA) is a rabbit appeasing pheromone. Don't think it is licensed for use in the UK yet?... soon?... It's in the same product family as Feliway and Adaptil so no doubt we will be hearing more in due course...

There is something on Vetsurgeon about it but as I am a nurse, although I can sign into Vetsurgeon, I am restricted to what I can view. Arlo? Any chance the thread on Lapezil or whatever it is on Vetsurgeon that gave me the 'hit' on Google Search can be shared here?

Are you sure its not feliway for rabbits as in rabbit appeasing pheromone? When we had the rep in to talk about dap and feliway they did mention a rabbit one was on the way. Feliway wouldn't work at all for rabbits they can't smell each other pheromones
