We are now looking for a new instrument cleaner to try that is

Re: Surgical Instrument Cleaner help!!

We have started using rapidex at the moment as beind seems to be on back order with centaur.

Re: Surgical Instrument Cleaner help!!

Evening Claire lee, we use firkin tablets, usually 1 tablet is enough to go in a big bowl of water. Leave t hem soaking for 5-10 mins depending on how dirty they are, clean them the same way with a bristle brush to get off excess blood, don't use too hard a bristle as this can blunt blades on scissors etc. Then put them in ultrasonic cleaner if have one to finish the instruments off before packing them if applicable
