Fluoroscopy / c-arm unit. A lot better as can image the patient whilst sterility isn&amp;#39;t broken. Can be picked up from NHS auctions.

Prior to getting fluoro we used to suture up and place dressing on wounds. Doesn&amp;#39;t take 2 seconds to remove sutures again ( obviously after re prepping and draping!)
