Tortoise Trust website and any books by Andy Highfield are a must read.

Although our wildflowers can be a good diet, the soil in the mediterranean is calcium rich. Hence the need for supplements to provide what our soil cant.

I use nutrobal too.

I use nutrobal for my guys. A diet of wild plants/weeds will ensure they get what is required also. Try books from Lance Jepson of Origin Vets. He has written books on Mediterranean tortoises and can be bought on ebay.
