Hmmm - yep, similar topical products / active ingredients

Otodine ostensibly to clean ear canal of cerumen and Trizchlor for management of wounds/cuts etc.

Am presuming ur using the Chlorhexidine Di-gluconate element for the pseudomonas? There is a lot of pseud. resistance to Chlorhex so perhaps swab the ear canal, culture and check for sensitivity first?

Own pref. was for the Otodine as I found it easier to apply into the ear canal, merely by virtue of the longer application spout. But both would do the job in my experience...

Oh - and I think they are similar in price and volume for price? If memory serves me correct I think the Trizchlor comes in a slightly bigger bottle but that might be old news...

Hope that helps?
