 I really want to make the move but don&amp;#39;t really know how to go about it? 
 Did you just contact colleges to see if they had any positions going?

&lt;p&gt;i said it was fine untill they sent me through the work they wanted me to prepare.&amp;nbsp; it was made just for an interview.&amp;nbsp; i spoke to a nither nurse who went in to leacturing and she hates it.&amp;nbsp; she says it is excatly as my dad says.&amp;nbsp; all crppy paper work and not alot of teaching.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The College of Animal Welfare occasionally advertise for lecturers on their website &lt;a href="http://www.caw.ac.uk/cawjobs.asp"&gt;http://www.caw.ac.uk/cawjobs.asp&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They are currently advertising for an IV at the Potters Bar centre.&lt;/p&gt;
