You tried all recruitment companies?

Carlton Professional, Recruit4Vets, A1 Locums? Just google for contact numbers

What area are you in? I've been reading all your posts avidly but I have a memory like a sieve so forgive me if this is repetitive...

Have you sent a covering letter and CV to all local practices? Sounds daft but maybe use a nice coloured paper to make it stand out,
Try to find out practice manager/head nurses name to ensure paperwork gets to them as generic "head nurse/pm" mail may just go into a filing tray?
Offer to work as an auxillary nurse with possibility to train in future?
You could maybe telephone practices to ask them about vacancies rather than mail? Seems more personal to me.
