Have you tried Burtons? they do lots of anaesthesia accessories. If not IMS sell quite large ET tubes that are pretty cheap, the tubes themselves aren't great but you could probably buy one and just use the connector.

I think we got ours from Dunlops a few years ago, but they were really expensive compaired to the smaller sizes.
