One prob ...felt I wasnt seeing all my tutor comments just one paragraph with mark so checked and was told that no there were no extra comments, three units later purely by accident I opened my returned assignment in google docs and enable edit.....I could then see tutor comments referencing EVERY answer !!!!!! I was furious !

im doing it now and although i have enjoyed it, i have to agree that the support and feedback from your submitted work is a bit rubbish, i would like a bit more clarity as to why i got a perticular mark and what i could have added to improve it.

despite this it is a really intresting course and i would be intrested in the Expert level, but im just not sure its worth the money, especially if its run in the same was as the advanced.

I have just finished the canine one and would agree with Steph support and communication was DISGRACEFUL !

I failed my case study :( believe it or not, with loads of practices informed of my free help, I got only 1 long distance, and I needed to go to the home and produce a map. Sadly the person got hacked off with me calling.

Hi I completed it in it's first year, I wouldn't call them exams it is mainly a set of questions in a modular form, when I did it there was one case study based essay ant thats it.

the support I got was poor and questions were not answered, feedback from some of my answers was disappointing (basically one of the sections was how is your practice set up to be feline friendly and how can you change to become more feline friendly and there was very little imo that my practice needs to do to be more feline friendly....I was told that there must be something - eve though they couldn't pick anything up from the first part of my answer as an example!)

To me it wasn't really teaching me anything that I didn't already know from either work or my vn studies.

I would be interested to see how much take up they have had for their "diploma" (which you can't apply to do till you have done the advanced award) main reason I haven't done it is I cannot afford to waste over £1000 on a course if it's much the same as the advanced award!
