At a previous practice, we diluted ours 1:40 so I did some research into it and found that it should be used at 4% which is how it comes in the bottle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have used hibiscrub for years in practice and never had a problem, but&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;I have always used it at the suggested dilution on the bottle. Some animals do come up red and rashy but these are the ones that generally have bad skin anyway so hasn&amp;#39;t been anything to do with the hibiscrub. &lt;/p&gt;
