Nope, it can definitely be used neat. At a previous practice, we diluted ours 1:40 so I did some research into it and found that it should be used at 4% which is how it comes in the bottle.

We dilute our hibiscrub 1 : 10 water dilution. Do you maybe use a alcohol hibiscrub wash?

Hibiscrub is already diluted to 4% in the bottle and this is the correct dilution for use.

Hello

I have used hibiscrub for years in practice and never had a problem, but I have always used it at the suggested dilution on the bottle. Some animals do come up red and rashy but these are the ones that generally have bad skin anyway so hasn't been anything to do with the hibiscrub.
