Dosnt kill the fleas but will stop the eggs from hatching. should be adequate control and she can always use an adulticide if they come into contact with adult fleas (capstar?) although the adult fleas will die without being able to breed eggs that can hatch under program only. My cats HATE spot-ons, even the noise of the packet being opened is enough to send them running so i can sympathise with your client&lt;/p&gt;
