im no expert but here's my thoughts.........

the ASA scale - class 2 is a patient with mild systemic disease and class 3 is a patient with severe systemic disease which is not incapacitating.

a normal heavily pregnant bitch could be a 2? with the extra pressure on her circulatory and respiratory systems from the weight and volume of the uterus.

but a bulldog (depending on the specimin of course) may be more like a 3 because in addition to the strain of being heavily pregnant, she may be dealing with a compramised airway as well.

i know thet we dont really classify pregnancy as a "systemic disease" but when looking at anesthesia risk i think it would qualify, especially end stage.

finally the catergory (2 or 3) need to have "E" in front of it, as im assuming this is an emergency caesarian. if its elective then you would leave out the "e".

as i said im no expert, but thats what i would probably put! - hope it helps - or you get a better reply - lol

I would say high risk due to braycephalic breed tbh, should think that would suffice...
