Where has it gone?

Can anyone Help?
I can remember using emovet dressings a couple of years ago and they were fantastic in helping to speed up granulation. I have a case at the moment which is the most annoting yet-Partly due to Owners unwillingness to try new things

Re: Dressings-Emovet! Have you tried Intrasite conformable? These work well at speeding up granulation and have seen good results using them on otherwise slow recovery cases. They are thin sheets impregnated with Intrasite but a lot less messy and easier to place.
