Hi, yes we use the ability model by Orpet and Jeffrey. Dont have copy on my computer to send but you could do a google search or if you contact either horpet@rvc.ac.uk or andrea.jeffrey@bris.ac.uk they should be able to supply an electronic version as they have been conducting resarch into its use.

Theres also a fairly decent copy of a nurses plan on this website somewhere.....i just cant remember how you get to it. I shall try find out and let you know unless anyone else can help.....?!?

The latest VNJ which dropped on my mat this morning has part 2 of nursing care plans which reads quite nicely. Will have to dig out last months issue for part 1!
