Best of luck with your interview for starters!!

I did many interviews in my last practice; it was a very structured organisation so had quite formal interview questions including hideous questions such as what do you think your good points/strengths are & what are your bad points /weaknesses & what are your expectations of the job; what can you 'bring' to the job. We also questioned on how you'd deal with euthanasia, how you feel about working weekends/bankholidays etc.

I took to candidates better when they showed a genuine interest in the job/workplace ie.asked questions about number of staff/working hours/rotas/uniforms/college/cpd/how much reception work is involved etc

If they don't mention a work experience day at the interview, it's worth bringing it up yourself for definite - it works for your benefit as much as theirs!

You've done well to get as far as interview stage, hope all goes well

i know it sounds stupid , but be yourself. if they going to take u on it will be as they think u will fit in with the team. if u are yourself they will be able to see if u will fit in alot easier.

the questians thing is hard to answer, every were has diff ways. i was asked about my child development course(gcse, think that was as boss wife was preg at the time)!! i would wait to see if u like the practice before you offer yourself to them, but a work day would be good for you as well.

were in the country r u ?
