 I have seen in the past, cat treated with bob martin large dog which had deverstating effects! &lt;p&gt;That;s what I was going to say. Advocate doesn&amp;#39;t contain pemethrin but the Advantix does which is why it&amp;#39;s a dog only product.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;#39;t know the data on applying dog dose advocate but suspect it&amp;#39;s a no no as they have two cat size products. They cover for other parasites also so I imagine the % of drugs in each box for dog and cat is different.
