Easy and cheap to get hold of replacement batteries for them too

Re: a good doppler blood pressure monitor!
We get ours from Thames Medical and they have been pretty good. Just take a 9V battery which to be fair runs down quite quickly if left in place. We remove the battery between patients.

If you work in a large practice and order alot of I/V fluids etc from Animal Care they will often do a special deal on equipment. They have got several infusion pumps and some BP monitors for us as well as a nice shiny Capnograph :)

Re: a good doppler blood pressure monitor!
this is what I would go for. Don't forget it ain't just about the machine its about your technique too. Such as prob should be below or level with heart base. any high and you will get false readings.

any questions feel free to ask
