Yup mine do that too!

I have seen them occasionally mouth breathe in the heat of summer, whilst stubbornly refusing to find shade!

At this time of year I'd pop kitty into work and get a vet to have a listen - just for peace of mind really

My cats laid in the sun till he's crispy. Then looks at you like it's your fault. I've seen him mouth breath once from doing that. I assumed that he was fine as went out again and ran after the other cat

I hope so, but he wasn't doing it while he was in the sun, it was about 5 minutes afterwards. I always worry too much about them!
