I think the Dorwest Herbs Mixed Vegetable tablets can help with this problem, I'm not in practice at the moment but I remember looking into it for one of my clients sometime last year. As far as I can remember the client used with propalin drops but at half dose and full dose of the dorwest herbs and it seemed to help.

Forgot to mention we have already suggested change to Incurin but owner keen to just manage with herbal medicines if possible.
