Doesn't sound like the best of people to be breeding! Had someone who refused a caesar and when we did eventually get permission to do it, all the pups were dead and mum died 3 days later! Oh and that was then our fault! Grrr!

Re: Caesar puppies

Hi, no didnt look stretched at all. We dont think she had been straining but history bit vague as outdoor dog. She gave birth to a dead pup overnight the night before but then dont know if she had been straining after that as owner didnt find pup till next morning, but did have yucky discharge and high temperature herself and was unwell. He didnt want caesar but gave in on the afternon as dog not trying at all and we told him he had to make bitch the priority and more toxic she was less chance for pups anyway, and also less chance for her. Very strange.

Re: Caesar puppies

Was the mum straining for a long time?

I've seen both puppies and kittens come out with a stretched look because they have got stuck and mum has continued to try pushing them out. Don't see why this couldn't cause bruising aswell.
