Our Vet has confirmed that the nearest related drug is Vivitonin. Which we will be trying with our needy patient.

Try ringing the company direct they still have some It's non returnable though .

The drug company told us they can no longer source the active ingredients. So we have been trialing alternatives. I **think** they said the nearest alternative was Vetmedin, as it has some similar properties (I will check again tomorrow). But we tried that and it didn't work as effectively as millophyline. Its keeping the dog alive!

Luckily, for the time being, the owners found a large stash of it that they forgot they had! A bit worrying, but good for the dog!

theophyline?, aminophyline? at least one of these you can still get as a generic and if millophyline isnt available it shouldnt be affected by cascade?

Have seen millophyline is still available in some of the internet pharmacies so makes you wonder where they are sourcing?
