&lt;p&gt;Some of it is down to the amount of companies that are merging or being swallowed up by bigger ones who already have an equivalent drug on the market so are having to sell on certain drugs and then the new company has to remarket/ relicence etc.... I think something along tjose lines will happen with the insuvet range of insulins....&lt;/p&gt;

 drugs out there that aren&amp;#39;t necessarily used for all the things that 
aureomycin would be used for but may be used for some? would terramycin 
be an alternative?&lt;/p&gt;
