Thanks everyone, I have managed to spend today organising our paperwork, due to the amount of snow and so few clients able to get through!

I have added a section onto the Wiki (under education) for Hospital Sheets and placed my 2 up there if anyone wants to add theirs so there is a selection

It's another one of these things that this fantastic new website can do!!

I made that up to suit my surgery so you can alter it accordingly - it's maybe not fantastic but it has everything in we need,,,,,,, except a box for comments - we just write them at the bottom of the sheet!
