Go to the Wiki
Menu on the right side
Click word "Clinical Documents"
Look down and Click Anaesthetic and Sedation
Click Anaesthetic Charts
Chhose one click on it.. this then changes the form in the middle of the page to the chart in case of example "Bouncy Fis Anaesthetic Chart"
Click on 0246.Anaesthetic chart.doc those words and it will open up.

Sorry not able to do step by step pics l am not on my computer and got messy. Hope the above helps :-)

Hi,

Thanks for the replies - but I cant get the wiki section to work :( I must be doing something wrong.

The nurses at our practice think there is too much info on our charts and they hate using them.

What does everyone elses have on them?

Have you looked in the nurses wiki section - i great one from there, and just adjusted the table to add or remove things that are relevent to the surgery and GA's we do :)

We use the Vetoquinol ones for Alfaxan, they are great.

Hey,

I just made our practice GA chart. I showed it to the small animal vets and the tweeked it alittle to what they thought was needed on it.
