I think the cat would have opted for the Surgery as the only other choice was a one way ticket to the Pet Crematorium!!

I really dont think this is ethically right. A cat has retractable claws, which means it helps with climbing, balance and, most of all, scratching behind its ears. I feel this is more of a coverup, honey-coated, story to aid animal experimentation for human gain. Please dont get me wrong,I am not knocking the pioneering sugery, I just dont think its been thought, with the animals best interest in mind.

I think this is amazin! The cat was very happy when running around on the TV and werent bothered by these at all. Didnt seem to even notice, it was just glad to have a hop around :) Lovely cat + great surgeon/team

Yes cat gets another chance but it just makes me feel uncomfortable looking at it! Lovely cat though.
