I realise that licensing costs money but try telling your clients that when the new licensed product is exactly the same as the old one &amp;nbsp;but considerably more expensive.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Clients who were reluctant to comply with monitoring before are even less likely to now, even with a reduction in the cost of lab fees, because they are having to shell out more on meds.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sorry if its not what you want to hear but just telling it how it is!&lt;/p&gt;
