&lt;p&gt;Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do have an issue whereby the survey jumps to the wrong question occasionally - sadly in your case, but not every time. We are working on finding a solution. Thank you for completing the survey, and if anyone else finds a similar problem - please come out of the survey and start again.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;you may want to look at some of your questions re spaying - some of them seem to mix spaying and castrate when referring to spay only&lt;/p&gt;
