Good idea, but they change their minds all the time about which dogs are dangerous and there's so many forms of paperwork they always change.... its a bit of a pest which means most dangerous dog owners take the risk not to do it! However vet practices are not legally allowed to vaccinate or microchip dangerous dogs without a licence! vicious circle!

Police + local dog wardens should also be able to do on the spot checks + HEAVY duty fines should be put in place!!

I think it is a good idea to involve paying to own a dog hopefully it would stop people from having too many pets and make them consider properly before having a dog.
