we dont stock hills but I've heard that the retail has come down and the wholesale has gone up? Is that right?

I'm fed up constantly having to update stock with renaming/repricing of Hills, time consuming and irritatingly frequent!

Not going to help. Just going to generate more money for Hills because clients need to return to the practice more often than is actually necessary.
