So how does home delivery direct to the customer increase practice footfall exactly ? It could be argued that since covid we don&amp;#39;t necessarily want more footfall but this scheme doesn&amp;#39;t really sit well with me - ie you have a puppy or kitten , they go on scheme. At the moment we are weighing them monthly and supplying to correct weight. How will that happen if the animal isn&amp;#39;t visiting? I had a lady the other day who insisted her cat weighed 11kg,and when we weighed it was little over 4kg.
