I wish you would stop changing the names - we have clients who still ask for DAP and a few of them who struggled to accept that DAP and Adaptil were the same product and now you are throwing a few more names at them. Life is too short to spend time telling every customer about name changes on products they already use. You may gain new customers this way but on the flip side you will end up losing old customers who cant find the products (as a result of name change) or don't know what to buy anymore
