Love it! Too many agencies have never set foot in a practice and you end up with over exaggerated "all the toys" and it is a pulse ox and doppler.

As we have just advertised a vet vacancy on the sister (or should that be brother) site and I am one of the other employees will be interesting to see what happens

What a great idea! Novel approach - akin to a mini 'seeing practice' experience; which I have learned is the best way to make a genuine value judgement on a new practice and how the place works/what it has got and its ethos. Believe me, what a practice *thinks* it is like and what it *actually* presents like to a new pair of eyes and a fresh heart are worlds apart sometimes.... ;-)
