Ensuring that people can not call themselves veterinary nurses when they have not undertaken any formal qualifications. Also unqualified/lay persons should not be put in position of seniority within a practice. There is a lot of work required before veterinary nursing can become a fully regulatated profession.&lt;/p&gt;
