I think its great, for that emergency that comes in when you have 50 other things in the process, why not use a quick tool after all how many charts do you use in practice this is just the same just modern, great that veterinary is moving along with the times.

well when the battery gives out or the phone packs up lets hope somebody can still remember how to work it out themselves before felix or fido kicks the bucket. Will i-phone app useage become part of the syllabus? - admittedly it could be useful if you have an i-phone but it doesnt replace knowing how to do it the long hand way

I agree with Nick. What is wrong with a formulary / compendium and a good old-fashioned calculator! All people in practice need to be able to do the basic mathematics that is calculating drug dosages...

what's wrong with a calculator? Many practice don't allow phone usage in clinical areas so is it not a bit pointless?
