&lt;p&gt;Your calculator may be battery operated, electronic, solar powered or a mini-program within the practice computer system. An adding machine is similar to a calculator but has small built-in printer so that calculations can be recorded.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If an adding machine is used, make sure you know where to locate paper rolls and ink cartridges and how to replace them. Replacement batteries should be to hand for applicable devices.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
