&lt;p&gt;Photocopiers can be extremely temperamental. If they go wrong, they usually need to be fixed by a technician.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In addition to basic operation of the photocopier, you should also find out:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Is there a company that services the photocopier, who you can ring in case of a fault?&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Where spare ink and paper for the photocopier is stored.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;How to replace ink cartridges and add paper.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If your photocopier malfunctions, check the following:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Has the paper supply run out?&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
