Does anyone know if this has shut down? I was doing the haematology course and haven't been able to access it for a couple of months, it says can't reach the page. It briefly allowed me access the other day but only for a few minutes then it was unavailable again. Thanks

After years of trying, tears, 3 interviews this year and being on the verge of giving up, I've been offered a Student Veterinary Nurse position. Sent my application in for college to start in September, hopefully I'll be accepted and I can finally start my training :D

Too old?

I've been trying to get a position in a training practice for several years, I've had 4 interviews in the past 6 months. I have worked in practice as an Animal Care Assistant for 3 and a half years. The last interviewer mentioned that as I'm 30 and have a degree the college fees will be higher as the practice (owned by a corporation) may not want to pay. Is this stopping me getting a SVN position? I put everything on hold to care for my mother who has Alzheimers but now it seems I'll never reach my goal
