Ex lap on a cat

Today we ex lapped a cat who had bowel cancer A lovely old chap, who's owners were desperate for him to be ok. He had presented with signs of .... just a wee bit off his food, and nothing else. Anyway the VS palpated him and could feel a mass, so we admitted him yesterday and scanned him today, which confirmed there was a mass in his bowl. We put him on 5% fluids knocked him out and made him nice and cosy before we clipped him up. His anaesthetic was straight forward, no deviations from the norm. Once he was opened up, we saw the tumour which was wrapped and intertwined within the mesentry...
